What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone number.
- Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account details: email address, hashed password, order history.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages you visit.
- Marketing data: your email address and preferences if you opt in.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To process and deliver your order: contract.
- To handle returns, refunds, and support queries: contract.
- To send order and dispatch updates: contract.
- To send marketing emails: consent. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure: legitimate interests.
- To meet tax and accounting rules: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed to run your order: payment processors, our suppliers and fulfilment partners, delivery carriers (Royal Mail, Evri, YunExpress), our email and analytics providers, and our website platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not rent it to advertisers.
International transfers
Some of our suppliers and fulfilment partners sit outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA, we protect it with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order records: 6 years, because UK tax law requires it. Support emails: 2 years. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Analytics data: 26 months.
Your rights under GDPR
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Object to or restrict how we process your data.
- Get your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you think we have handled your data badly. We would rather you came to us first, but the right is yours.
