Where we ship
We ship to the UK, Ireland, the EU, and most other countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, email contact@axolotlstore.co.uk and we will check for you.
Processing time
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will get a dispatch email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- UK: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
- Ireland and EU: 10 to 16 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 12 to 20 business days after dispatch
These are working-day estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks and peak season (late November to December) can add a few days.
Shipping costs
- UK: £2.99 flat. Free on orders over £35.
- Ireland and EU: £4.99 flat. Free on orders over £60.
- Rest of world: £6.99 flat. Free on orders over £75.
Costs are shown at checkout before you pay. No handling fees are added later.
Carriers and tracking
We use Royal Mail and Evri for UK deliveries, and YunExpress or 4PX for the international leg of overseas shipments. Every order gets a tracking number, sent by email at dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it. If nothing shows after 3 business days, email contact@axolotlstore.co.uk.
Import charges
If your order ships from outside the UK, we cover any import VAT, customs duty, or courier handling fee. You will not be asked to pay extra at the door.
Late, lost, or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, reship it or refund you in full. We treat an order as lost after 25 business days from dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos to contact@axolotlstore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong address
Check your address before paying. We can change it if you email contact@axolotlstore.co.uk within 12 hours of ordering and the order has not shipped. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
Split shipments
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are only charged shipping once.
