2. Your account and your details
Give us accurate details at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us at contact@axolotlstore.co.uk straight away.
3. Orders, acceptance, and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch email, not when you pay. Prices include UK VAT where shown. If an item is mispriced or out of stock, we can cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.
4. Your obligations
- Use this site lawfully. Do not scrape it, copy it for commercial use, or attack it.
- Do not post fake reviews or send abusive messages to our team.
- Do not use our products in a way that breaks the law.
- Check your delivery address before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.
5. Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that: our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business, or lost opportunity. We are not liable for delays covered by clause 7.
6. Product descriptions
We describe items as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens. Sizes are set out in the chart on each product page, so check it before ordering.
7. Delays outside our control
Carrier strikes, customs backlogs, extreme weather, and supplier failures happen. If one of these delays your order, we will tell you as soon as we know and give you the choice of waiting or getting a refund.
8. Dispute resolution
Email contact@axolotlstore.co.uk first. Most issues are sorted within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve it between us, both sides agree to try mediation before starting court proceedings. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here stops you from bringing a claim in your local UK court, or from using an alternative dispute resolution service.
9. Intellectual property
All text, images, product photos, and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time. The version live on the site when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
11. If a clause fails
If any clause here is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still stand.
